How I Work
Structural Integration is a form of hands-on bodywork that systematically aligns and balances an individual's fascia, the interconnected web-like matrix that encases everything from muscles and bones to nerves, organs, and even cells. Through hands-on treatment, Luke helps people come out of pain and into a greater sense of ease.
He also explores the mental, emotional, and lifestyle habit-patterns contributing to our overall well-being through dialogue. Luke empowers his clients to make lasting transformations toward taking control of their own health and supporting their own healing abilities.

Individual Sessions and the SI Series
Luke offers individual sessions using a multi-systems approach to bodywork, blending Structural Integration, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Massage. With any individual session we will discuss your needs and desired outcomes, and tailor the session to best support you, whether that's a targeted myofascial approach for a specific issue, a blended session for whole-body care, or nervous system unwinding with cranial sacral.
He also takes clients through the SI Series, which is a 10-sesion systematic myofascial approach to improve structural alignment and address imbalances and compensation patterns. Series work is a commitment to the process, where we work with a different body region each session for an comprehensive fascial reformation.
